Three Generations. One Contemporary Vision.
Vincenzo Capuano grew up around family ovens in Naples. He now brings his contemporary Neapolitan pizza to Mumbai with light dough, a tall crust, and quality Italian ingredients.
The recipe comes from Naples, but the restaurant is made for Mumbai diners today.

Nuvola Super
A specialized flour blend fermented for up to 30+ hours. The result is a structure that is incredibly soft, airy, and light on the stomach.
The Golden Scissors
Cutting with a wheel crushes the alveoli. We use golden scissors to gently slice the pizza, preserving the cloud-like texture.
